I can't believe that some people have the audacity to drive in a semi-drunk state when its close to 12 noon.
What's worst is his shameless attitude which still had the nerves to light up a cigarette despite knowing that he almost caused a massive traffic chaos which would result in third party costs to everyone on the road during that period.
Just how incorrigible can some people be?
It's a pity that humanity still have a place for this kind of beings.
